The "Loon in the Balloon" is the one AND ONLY Skip Banks. What would you do if you where suddenly swallowed by a giant balloon? Well Skip thinks it's a good time to bounce, dance and bascially do all sorts of crazy antics to pulsing music. His complete lack of fear-of-death-by-inflatable ends up being fascinating and hilarious all at the same time.

Skip has been honing this and other bizarre entertainment skills as a performer in Southern California for decades, but has also performed internationally on TV and on major stages and major league and college arenas. There simply isn't anywhere he's not willing to risk it all for a good laugh.
